My passion for hay and success

My passion for farming started at a very young age....growing up next to a dairy farm.  The love of tractors and the country life was contagious.  Real life got in the way for about 30 years after college. I owned & operated an office technology business, along with my dad and mom.  Dad taught me everything about sales, customer service, hard work and loyalty. Mom gave me life skills and faith.  My dad passed in 2015 but he left me this beautiful saying.... "The Harder You Work the Luckier You Get"

Ed the hay guy!
Ed the copier sales guy!
Ed Sr. & Virg (Dad & Mom)
Love takes you to the strangest places - copier guy turns hay guy

Little did I know I would marry a beautiful young woman that had a passion for horses

Heather Potrzeba

The year was 1995, attending SUNY IT in Utica, NY for my Bachelors of Business Administration.  I was brought up by right by mom and dad, you always hold the door for ladies and always use your manners.  Enter Heather, a beautiful young lady with an infections smile - I always got ahead of her after our lecture class to hold the door for her and walk her out to her car.... hoping one day I could take her out on a date! One thing led to another and today we have been married for 23 years and have two beautiful sons, Eddie & Charlie. What I didn't know back then was her true love for these magnificent creatures we call horses.  Heather has spent her entire life riding and showing horses...she was trained by one of the best, Ms. Jean Raposa.

Family is first

We believe that family comes first no matter what.  We strive to have dinner together as much as possible.  But when the sun is shinin' we gotta make hay!

Hard work

We were brought up workers.  Not afraid to put in the hours, get dirty or make sacrifices to get the work DONE.

Success is a choice

We keep trying until we succeed.  A failure is a step toward succeeding.
